Our idea behind THAT'S COFFEE is to rethink coffee and contribute to a better recycling rate in Germany with sustainable coffee bags. We also give our beans a new and fresh look.

Where does the name THAT’S COFFEE come from?

After countless brainstorming sessions with friends and family members, the name THAT'S COFFEE emerged as the clear winner.


What is the best way to store my coffee?

To ensure that your coffee always stays fresh and aromatic, protect the bag from heat and light, close it well and store it in a dry place. Your coffee will thank you with a delicious taste!

Where does your coffee come from?

Before your coffee beans end up in your cup, they have already been on a long journey. After our team has carefully tasted them, we select the best green coffee beans and have them roasted according to our specifications. This way you can be sure that every sip of your coffee has been prepared with love and care.

How do you choose your coffees?

We carefully select our beans to offer you a wide range of different flavours. From mild to strong - we have something to suit every taste.

What does organic certified mean?

The organic seal is a uniform identification mark and makes it easier for consumers to choose organic foods. These foods are subject to strict conditions during production, processing, transport and storage.

The EU organic seal guarantees that at least 95% of the goods consist of organic ingredients and that all other conditions for import are met.

We have the EU organic seal and meet the standards for trading organic products in Germany in the area of ​​coffee and tea.

How sustainable are your products?

We are very interested in packaging, which is why we as founders have looked into the topic of packaging in depth. Coffee bags must have specific properties to protect the coffee from UV rays and oxygen - a protective barrier is essential here.

Our conviction: coffee bags need to be rethought. In the past, packaging often consisted of a mixture of plastic and paper, which required complex separation through chemical processes after use. That's why we rely on monoplastics that can be recycled in the yellow bin. With this decision, we want to actively contribute to improving the recycling rate in Germany.

Are your coffee bags recyclable?

Our coffee bags are recyclable and can be disposed of in the yellow bin.


How do I register an account?

Registration is super easy: Click on the account button next to the shopping cart at the top right of the website and follow the instructions.

I forgot my password. What now?

No problem, that can happen.
In the login area you will find the link "Have you forgotten your password?". Click on the link and follow the instructions.

How can I cancel my order?

It's a shame that you want to cancel your order, but of course that's possible. Simply contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order and we'll find a solution.

Please note, however, that we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Simply enter your code during the ordering process – you have the opportunity to do this shortly before choosing your payment method.

Can a gift voucher expire?

Yes, your voucher is valid for exactly 3 years.

Can a gift voucher be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still credit on the gift card.

I have a discount code. How can I redeem it when shopping?

You can enter your discount code in the last step of the order. Your discount will then be deducted directly from your shopping cart during checkout.

My discount code doesn't work. What can I do?

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery is only possible within Germany. We charge a flat rate of 6.90 euros per order for shipping (including VAT).

We charge a flat rate of €2.50 per order for shipping costs (including VAT) for the physical gift card.

Good news: For orders over 49.00 euros, shipping is free.

Please note, however, that we are currently unable to offer you free returns.

How long are your delivery times?

Shipping within Germany usually takes between 2 - 7 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email.

Which delivery service will handle my order?

We ship most of our packages with DHL.

Gift certificate cards will be sent to you by post.

As soon as the shipment is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email from DHL with the tracking number for tracking.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only ship within Germany.

Can I track my order?

If we send your package as a DHL parcel, you will receive a tracking number from DHL by email. If we send your order as a consignment or letter, tracking is not possible.

Can I have my package delivered to a post office or a packing station?

We are currently unable to have your package delivered to a branch or packing station.

My package didn't arrive. What now?

Don't worry, we'll take care of it. Of course, we always try to ensure that all packages arrive as quickly as possible. But sometimes, unfortunately, things go wrong.

My delivery is incomplete. What can I do?

What payment methods are available?

At THAT`S COFFEE you can use the following payment methods:
PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Google Pay, Apple Pay, invoice and immediate payment with Klarna as well as advance payment.

Delivery is only possible within Germany. Shipping costs (including VAT). We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 6.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 49.00 .

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can pay by invoice. Simply select the invoice payment option with Klarna during the order process. You only pay after receiving your shipment.

Can I return my products?

If you paid with Klarna , please remember to pause your invoice to avoid any reminder fees. As soon as we receive your return, we will update the invoice amount or refund the total amount if you have returned all items from your order to us.
